About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop planning level and baseline construction schedules using Oracle P6
- Analyze and validate baseline schedules against project objectives
- Review project progress and updates to anticipate schedule impacts
- Communicate schedule development outcomes through effective reporting formats
- Advise on schedule-related contract negotiations
- Collaborate with project management staff and personnel
- Collect and analyze data to prepare summary reports
- Assist with determination of staffing needs, materials, and supplies
- Monitor project progress and identify variances in completion timelines
Requirements
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of construction scheduling or project management experience
- Proficiency in Oracle P6 and Visualizer
- Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Ability to understand blueprints and contracts
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Trimble TILOS
