Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software
• Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, execution strategy, and milestones
• Monitor project progress and update schedules based on field data and contractor inputs
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities
• Support planning workshops, look-ahead schedules, and turnaround/shutdown planning activities
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
• Prepare schedule performance reports, KPIs, and executive-level presentations
• Analyze schedule variances and provide mitigation and recovery recommendations
• Ensure schedules comply with company procedures and AACE recommended practices
• Support earned value management (EVM) and integrated cost/schedule reporting
• Participate in risk assessments and scenario analysis to support project decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of project scheduling experience in industrial, mining, energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with Primavera P6
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques and project controls principles
• Familiarity with AACE, PMI, and EPC project execution methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
