Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop resource-loaded schedules, including activity lists, major milestones, and critical procurement items.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, constraints, and realistic activity durations.
• Monitor the project's critical path and assess the impact of design changes or schedule slippages.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction staff to provide detailed planning from conceptual stages through completion.
• Prepare standard progress reports, written narratives, and recovery schedules as needed.
• Track contract document requirements for schedule adherence, change orders, and amendments.
• Interpret performance curve data and forecast productivity and manpower requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction or engineering scheduling experience, specifically with resource-loaded schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other industry-standard scheduling software.
• Ability to develop WBS structures, review manpower curves, and identify scheduling gaps.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required to support various project assignments.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience scheduling for Datacenters or other advanced technology projects.
• Working knowledge of standard cost control methods (EPC, Joint Venture, Lump Sum, etc.).
