Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling services for construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and project management plans
• Perform time impact analysis (TIA), critical path analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity coding
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and develop mitigation strategies
• Incorporate schedule information from various vendors into the master program schedule
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, and maintain accurate project data

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (4 additional years of relevant experience may be used in lieu of a degree)
• 10+ years of experience in scheduling or building construction projects
• Proficiency in construction project software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or Suretrak

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Working knowledge of construction processes in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Experience managing resource/cost-loaded schedules throughout the project life cycle
• Expertise in earned value management and advanced risk analysis techniques
• Experience with government construction projects
