Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and update comprehensive project and schedule plans (up to Level 4) for EPCM Industry projects
• Coordinate with project management, planning, construction management, and external stakeholders to align schedules and define work packages
• Ensure adherence to time and resource planning by identifying critical points and deriving strategies
• Develop resource allocation for the project duration considering constraints
• Create and analyze project control and progress reports to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Contribute to the development of project execution plans including risk and opportunity analysis

Requirements

• Degree in construction-related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Industrial Engineering)
• At least 3 years of experience in scheduling
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Sound knowledge of Earned Value Management and progress curves
• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English (B2 level or higher)
• High willingness to travel for domestic and international project assignments
