Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and optimize detailed project schedules and timelines using Microsoft Project
• Coordinate project milestones from initiation to completion and assist Project Leaders in tracking activities
• Manage resource distribution, including personnel, equipment, and materials, through resource loading and demand forecasting
• Generate and execute scheduling adherence reports, Actual vs. Planned (S-curve) reports, and headcount reports
• Manage risk registers and perform impact analysis to ensure successful project execution
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and facilitate project governance forums
• Support scheduling change requests throughout the project life cycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience scheduling a portfolio of technical projects
• PMP Certification is required
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Significant experience with operational-focused projects (rather than capital-focused)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze resourcing capacity versus demand
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to influence teams at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Planview or other advanced planning software packages
