Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain subcontractor schedules using Primavera P6
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into a master Integrated Construction Schedule
• Monitor and report progress on major construction project milestones
• Support the Project Controls Manager with weekly status tracking and day-to-day administration
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports and ad hoc documentation
• Provide earned value progress, performance reporting, and schedule slip variance analysis
• Maintain frequent contact with project management, field craft, and finance stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience working on large-scale heavy industrial projects
• 5+ years of experience in project schedule administration
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• USA citizenship
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work onsite in Scoville, ID

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ARES PRISM
• Experience with Deltek Acumen software
• Experience with project accounting and cost estimating
• Background in financial analysis
• Experience with scheduling and modeling software
