Project Schedule Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for advanced development programs
• Create project plans, resource requirements, and budgets in collaboration with functional organizations
• Perform resource loading and non-recurring cost estimating
• Forecast monthly project commitments and expenditures
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Analyze performance data to develop optimization solutions and alternative methods of proceeding
• Present progress reports to track targets and ensure organizational alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
• 10+ years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience)
• Expertise in common commercial scheduling software
• Proven experience managing budgets, resources, schedules, and risk requirements
• U.S. Citizenship is required to meet security clearance eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
