About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for advanced development programs
- Create project plans, resource requirements, and budgets in collaboration with functional organizations
- Perform resource loading and non-recurring cost estimating
- Forecast monthly project commitments and expenditures
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Analyze performance data to develop optimization solutions and alternative methods of proceeding
- Present progress reports to track targets and ensure organizational alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
- 10+ years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience)
- Expertise in common commercial scheduling software
- Proven experience managing budgets, resources, schedules, and risk requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required to meet security clearance eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Strong technical, communication, and strategic leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-energy environment
- Excellent business judgment and professional maturity
