Project Sales Technician

Responsibilities

• Identify operational and commercial risk during site evaluations
• Conduct site visits, job walks, and technical assessments to validate scope and equipment feasibility
• Partner with sales and engineering teams to develop lifting and transport solutions
• Develop detailed lift plans and technical documentation
• Provide scope inputs and equipment requirements to support project estimating
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure alignment with branch capabilities
• Maintain accurate technical records and site findings in company systems

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical or engineering education preferred
• 3–5 years of field experience in crane, rigging, heavy lift, or construction
• Strong understanding of lifting principles and rigging methods
• Ability to develop detailed lift plans for complex applications
• Proficiency with lift planning software, MS Office, and CRM systems
• Ability to perform outdoor jobsite surveys and climbing
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally
