Project Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate targeted accounts
• Create and execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives
• Prospect and qualify warm leads
• Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs
• Create and deliver solutions and proposal presentations to customer’s decision-making team
• Develop potential solutions, estimate, and prepare tailored proposals
• Close sales by selling value and overcoming objections
• Coordinate front-end project development with the Operations team

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in industrial sales, construction, manufacturing, or professional services
• Proven track record of business development and closing profitable work
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access to U.S. nuclear power facilities
• Ability to pass background investigations and Fitness for Duty (FFD) requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or sufficient equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with decision makers from field craft to executives
• Mechanically inclined with experience in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, or transportation
• Proficiency in CRM tools and management reporting
