Project Resource Planner

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain short- and medium-term staffing plans across offshore wind projects within a 0–12 month planning horizon
• Translate project demand into actionable staffing plans, identifying risks, priorities, and mitigation actions
• Coordinate with project teams, line managers, and planning colleagues to ensure offshore positions are filled in line with project timelines
• Proactively identify and address resource gaps, bottlenecks, surpluses, and planning risks before they impact project execution
• Drive stakeholder follow-up and decision-making by clarifying demand and providing transparent status updates
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and ways of working

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in resource planning, workforce planning, project coordination, or operations planning
• Background in complex operational or technical industries such as offshore wind, energy, construction, maritime, or manufacturing
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning data and reporting
• Experience with planning/resource management tools such as Planisware
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different functions and seniority levels
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive clarity
