Project Requirements Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end business requirements for customer-facing agent applications to ensure high-quality IT delivery
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Research, analyze, and optimize existing user experience processes to identify system enhancement opportunities
• Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to accelerate requirement drafting and improve documentation efficiency
• Streamline complex workflows and resolve ambiguities in operational processes to support business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or business operations
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering and structured documentation design
• Expertise in process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis
• Strong skills in cross-functional stakeholder coordination and project lifecycle management
• Ability to interpret data and apply analytical skills to improve user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• AI literacy and the ability to apply modern AI applications to enhance daily workflows and analyze operational data
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with high-priority launch initiatives
