About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the improvement of project quality systems and work methods within the Project Quality & Risk Management team
- Structure and simplify quality procedures for internal project management, integrating DMAIC frameworks
- Rationalize the documentation corpus to improve user adoption and create clear communication visuals
- Improve the reliability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), specifically for sales phases
- Develop automation solutions for KPI reporting and data management
- Explore and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications to create digital support tools and improve process ergonomics
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in Project Quality, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Foundational knowledge of automation using Google App Script or JavaScript
- Operational English skills
- Strong writing and graphic design skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to interact effectively with various departments such as Sales, Projects, and Finance
