Project Quality Officer

Responsibilities

• Pilot Quality Assurance/HSE and coordinate inspections across major project axes
• Analyze client specifications and draft/manage Quality/HSE management plans and control plans
• Represent the company during project reviews and specific audits
• Validate technical documentation including plans, nomenclatures, and procurement specifications
• Participate in supplier selection and manage non-conformity resolution
• Validate manufacturing procedures (welding, forging, etc.) and non-destructive testing (NDT) controls
• Organize and monitor subcontractor inspections and collaborate on final acceptance dossiers

Requirements

• Generalist or Mechanical Engineer degree
• 5 to 10 years of experience in quality engineering
• Experience in offshore oil, LNG, or heavy industrial sectors preferred
• Mastery of quality methodologies (risk analysis, control plans, NC management)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and NDT (welding, forging, painting, DPI, MPI, RT, PAUT)
• Fluent English for international contexts
• Autonomous and proactive mindset suitable for SME environments
