Project Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project quality systems for the Heatherbrae Bypass Project and other major infrastructure works.
• Drive audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across complex infrastructure delivery.
• Guide and mentor project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes aligned with client standards.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders to ensure adherence to specifications and requirements.
• Manage accurate documentation and reporting to support project quality objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance within civil construction or engineering projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and client standards.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport for travel to project sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
