Project Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage quality activities during the development and industrialization of a new propulsion Family Program
• Check Quality methodology application and contribute to continuous improvement
• Define the Quality path to reach Quality Objectives and manage action plans
• Consolidate milestone Quality Processes and deliverables including issues, risks, and traceability
• Ensure quality organization is in place and act as a conduit for core quality teams
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders
• Evaluate design process outcomes and write secondary launch quality assessments
• Guarantee no impact on quality during product or process changes after mass production
• Report directly to the Chief Engineer
• Establish Quality project KPI books

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a quality-related role
• Expertise in Quality Engineering and strong command of quality tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in PLM systems
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
