Project Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project quality activities across suppliers, workshops, and sites
• Analyze contractual quality requirements and manage their implementation
• Define and deploy nuclear safety strategies in compliance with ISO 19443
• Structure and manage project documentation including quality plans and procedures
• Act as the quality interface for the client through reviews and audits
• Monitor quality performance using KPIs and dashboards
• Manage non-conformities (NCR) and lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in quality project management within heavy or energy industry
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 and ISO 19443 standards
• Experience in industrial project management, ideally in the nuclear sector
• Practice with audits and continuous improvement methods (Lean, 8D, RCA)
• Professional fluency in French
