Project Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality cycle and participate actively in Core Team project meetings
• Draft and update quality documents including PMQP, quality clauses, and control plans
• Create, structure, and validate Manufacturer Delivery Files (DLC)
• Monitor and process internal and customer non-conformities (QRQC, 8D, derogations)
• Implement and lead project lessons learned (REX)
• Manage supplier quality through action plans, audits, indicators, and dashboards
• Manage customer inspections such as FAI and IS-Acceptance

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree with a specialization in quality or mechanics
• Ideally 2 years of experience in an industrial environment with project management
• Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, AMDEC, APQP, PDCA, SPC
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards
• Professional English proficiency
• Ability to work transversely with multidisciplinary teams
