About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between client quality/safety teams and Alstom inter-site teams.
  • Establish and implement the Project Quality Plan in accordance with contractual requirements and Alstom processes.
  • Contribute to subsystem criticality assessments to ensure optimal safety and quality assurance.
  • Guide project teams on quality contributions and coordinate the project quality community.
  • Support project audits and manage the review and approval of supplier quality systems.
  • Manage non-conformities, report quality and safety alerts, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Organize quality awareness training and sessions for project staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project quality functions.
  • At least 5 years of experience specifically in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of processes and products delivered within complex industrial projects.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly recommended.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to visit local or international suppliers, clients, and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in auditing and project management.
  • Knowledge of the railway sector or related industries such as aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with IRIS standards.
