About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Project Management for the EHS department, including client follow-ups and reporting
- Ensure operations comply with client and industry health and safety requirements
- Lead quality assurance matters and review technical reports
- Implement and maintain the Department Quality System
- Coordinate with laboratory staff regarding quality testing and client requirements
- Perform third-party inspections and sample collection as needed
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of Environmental Services
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in environmental field work or testing is an advantage
- Proficiency in quality management methods and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high quality standards and meet turnaround time (TAT) targets
- Ability to interact with management, suppliers, and clients
