Project & Program Management IV

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, and execute complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion
• Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, resource plans, and detailed schedules
• Lead multidisciplinary teams by assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring performance
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets exceeding $1M, including forecasting, expense tracking, and variance reporting
• Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and mentor junior project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of progressive project management experience
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with budgets of $1M+
• Familiarity with LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and AI agent frameworks to automate workflows
• Ability to travel up to 10–25% to client sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree (MBA) or a similar discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
