Project & Program Management III

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional, and technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Partner with functional teams during the plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk analysis, and process documents.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables using metrics and KPIs to measure performance.
• Drive the project lifecycle from concept through closure and advocate for effective change management.
• Identify and mitigate risks while providing regular status updates to internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Implement internal process improvements to remove gaps across multiple teams and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) and 5 to 8 years of related experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving network, server, or software implementations.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting processes and presenting to executives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and detailed technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Formal knowledge of change management principles.
