Project & Program Management III

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting and workload forecasting processes to ensure accurate placeholders and real-time business alignment.
• Conduct demand and supply gap analysis, reporting rolling supply plans against demand plans.
• Perform demand risk assessments and maintain the integrity of demand signals.
• Coordinate capacity quota increase requests for GCP workloads to enable customer scaling.
• Resolve outstanding quota and capacity requests in alignment with Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Track machine fulfillment and supply while maintaining demand change versioning in a POR format.
• Support customer quota requests during high-traffic events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and new product launches.
• Prepare and present weekly performance metrics for leadership review.
• Audit the PCS process to ensure data cleanliness and actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in demand management and workload forecasting.
• Expertise in supply-demand gap analysis and capacity quota management.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and performance metrics reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage complex planning cycles.
• High attention to detail regarding data integrity and version control.
