Project & Program Management II

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, cross-functional, and technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Partner with functional teams during the plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk analysis, and process documents.
• Define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility with all relevant stakeholders.
• Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular status updates.
• Act as a primary point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with end-to-end project ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Proven experience working with ticketing tools.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
