Project & Product Manager EMEA

Responsibilities

• Manage the LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) product portfolio and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Lead the product development and launch process in collaboration with Design, R&D, Production, and Sales teams.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency by reducing portfolio complexity to lower costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and necessary certifications in coordination with technical and environmental experts.
• Provide comprehensive launch packages to the Communication team to support marketing tool development.
• Develop training modules and support the sales force in promoting new product lines.
• Contribute to the Business Unit strategy through market analysis and recommendations for sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product development.
• Proven project management experience related to R&D or industrial projects.
• Strong marketing expertise, including market insights, benchmarking, and value propositions.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for an international environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team spirit.
