Project Procurement Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies based on lessons learned and category manager input
• Set up tendering strategies for purchase requests
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements
• Oversee vendor interface during purchase order execution
• Provide feedback on vendor performance to category managers
• Report progress and monitor purchase order execution to mitigate risks
• Drive continuous improvement within the supply chain process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant project experience in oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record managing supply chain packages for complex offshore, onshore, or subsea projects
• Strong background in high-value contract management and negotiation
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance in oil and gas
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in English
