Project Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain and logistics for locomotive and traction motor export projects
• Build and maintain consignment part lists for external suppliers and internal Alstom sites
• Supervise the flow of spare parts and manage the repair loop process
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to orders, receipts, and deliveries
• Collaborate with Project Supply Chain Leaders and Procurement Managers
• Draft and update Supply Chain management plans covering shipping and storage
• Implement logistics processes within the MAXIMO CMMS system

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in supply chain or logistics
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement and stock management processes
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Professional level of English for international operations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
