Project Portfolio Management Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the update of dashboards and ensure data consistency within project management tools
• Assist in the regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in drafting and updating service operating procedures and standardizing documentation
• Create practical guides to facilitate the onboarding of new team members
• Support the identification and testing of improvements for existing digital tools and processes
• Collaborate on the analysis of costs and timelines for selected projects
• Assist with budget monitoring by identifying variances and preparing financial and temporal performance summaries

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Project Management or Management Control
• Proficiency in digital project management tools
• Fluent English
• Strong rigor, dynamism, and team spirit
