Project Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team in the effective execution of central system maintenance.
• Manage operational maintenance and oversee relationships with external suppliers.
• Plan and supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activities to ensure proper equipment operation.
• Develop intervention plans and investment requests for future technical projects.
• Supervise floor operations to ensure compliance with performance, quality, and timing indicators.
• Guarantee strict adherence to industrial safety standards across all activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental indicators for VDA6.1 and VDA6.3 audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (with professional license/cédula).
• 2 years of experience in auxiliary energies and maintenance.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Industrial systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in water treatment systems.
• Knowledge of supplier management.
• Basic understanding of finance.
