Project Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal project schedules to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
• Act as a central connector for project interfaces, steering execution through proactive coordination.
• Serve as a trusted deputy to the Project Manager, Chief of Development, or Chief of Operations.
• Own the time management topic for your assigned area, providing accurate scheduling data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Sub-System Managers.
• Contribute to the Return of Experience (REX) process by sharing best practices and schedule templates.

Requirements

• Engineering or Business degree.
• Project management or industrial background.
• Knowledge of various scheduling tools.
• Planning Certification (if applicable).
