Project Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for Aramco EPC projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Utilize advanced scheduling software tools like Primavera P6 to create and update timelines
• Identify potential scheduling issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular schedule progress reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings to ensure effective communication of planning activities
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement in planning methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the EPC sector
• Specific experience with Aramco projects
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning software
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques
• Ability to analyze complex project data and present it clearly
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
