Project Planner/Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules based on input from different disciplines
• Continuously update progress including completed, ongoing, and delayed tasks
• Collect and verify information from site teams
• Ensure the schedule reflects actual project status in real time
• Follow up with stakeholders to gather accurate data
• Support coordination between teams on site

Requirements

• Experience in planning, coordination, or project support roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with ability to follow up and ask for updates
• Ability to manage multiple inputs and maintain structure
• Basic understanding of construction, electrical, or infrastructure projects is a plus
• Experience with planning tools like Primavera or MS Project is an advantage
