Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of project programmes using Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Maintain accurate comparisons between current progress and the approved baseline
• Prepare and update rolling 90-day lookahead plans
• Produce weekly and monthly planning deliverables including progress curves and earned value indicators
• Provide consistent progress data for internal project control systems
• Work closely with construction managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to validate activity durations
• Maintain planning documentation including schedule assumptions and interface milestone logs
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in project planning or scheduling within construction
• Experience in data centers, high-tech facilities, or mission-critical environments preferred
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Solid knowledge of CPM principles and planning best practices
• Strong understanding of construction phases and multi-trade coordination
• Fluency in Spanish and English
