Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile master project schedules
• Develop and maintain detailed construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and execute construction schedules
• Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures
• Provide quality assurance to project functional groups regarding schedule performance tracking
• Prepare and update progress reports, including monthly project reports and look-ahead schedules
• Perform probabilistic, critical path, and schedule risk analysis
• Monitor and communicate potential project issues that could delay the schedule
• Analyze deviations from the baseline and propose corrective actions

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in determining corrective actions based on data analysis
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and MS Office
• Experience delivering high-value, complex construction schemes
• Strong understanding of scheduling best practices and resource/cost loaded scheduling
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong time management and quick thinking skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites
