Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules and resource baselines for multi-disciplinary projects from concept to construction phases
• Prepare and update Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), staffing plans, and deliverable schedules
• Identify critical-path activities for project milestones and monitor schedule deviations
• Verify actual progress against original plans and recommend corrective actions or work-arounds
• Integrate schedule requirements and constraints to establish work sequences across all disciplines
• Prepare and update progress 'S' curves, variance analysis reports, and catch-up plans
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) and discipline-wise productivity tracking
• Monitor and update cost plans and cash flows, consolidating results into monthly reports
• Support Project Managers with daily tasks and Business Management System activities

Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Engineering
• 5-7 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in hardcore project planning
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP)
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong knowledge of preparing progress reports and reviewing schedules for deviations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a Design consultancy environment
• Knowledge of design requirements, discipline deliverables, DCI, and workflow processes
