Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to develop detailed project schedules.
• Create and maintain schedules that integrate resource allocation, key milestones, and essential deliverables.
• Analyze and communicate the impacts of schedule changes to relevant teams to ensure fluid communication.
• Establish logical links between different project phases to optimize timelines and results.
• Facilitate solutions to complex project control challenges using engineering and project management expertise.
• Participate in client meetings to present project status updates and detailed reports.

Requirements

• Degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling, ideally within the heavy industrial, hydroelectric, or nuclear sectors.
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically Primavera and Excel, including report generation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of construction technologies, industrial standards, and cost control methods.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, in both French and English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of initiative.
