Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall Programme Master Timing Plan and issue to team regularly
• Collate timing plans and information from various teams for overall integration
• Maintain alignment between detailed team plans and the Master Timing Plan
• Arrange and run timing workshops with teams in UK, Germany, US, and China
• Arrange weekly Programme Meetings and issue minutes
• Arrange and support Gateway reviews and dry-runs
• Communicate deliverables to team members and monitor progress
• Support modifications to the Product Development Process
• Work with tooling and part suppliers to achieve timing milestones
• Support the administration of Project Place

Requirements

• Experience in delivery of a complete vehicle or vehicle integration
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Strong communication and people skills
• Engineering Degree (preferable)
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive terminology
• German language skills
• Chinese language skills
