About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across preconstruction and operations teams to develop project execution plans and schedules
- Review project RFP documents and create subcontractor/supplier scopes of work
- Perform design reviews and takeoffs when necessary
- Develop RFP and bid sheets for subcontractors and suppliers
- Compile and evaluate proposals to develop execution plans
- Create and present project cost estimates to operations and senior management
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships and procurement processes
- Develop change order estimates in conjunction with Field Engineers
- Track and analyze historical and actual cost data
Requirements
- Ability to manage external and internal relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time to support the team
