Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Shift S+1 Installation Plan in collaboration with Construction Management, Site Supervision, Quality, and Engineering teams
• Use Primavera P6 to support construction planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and forecasting activities
• Ensure installation plans consider material availability, approved work packs, workforce availability, and site constraints
• Lead Shift S+1 Validation Meetings and daily Shift Kick-Off Meetings
• Support the development and maintenance of the 16 Week Look Ahead (16WLA) schedule
• Conduct regular site walkdowns to monitor installation progress and identify constraints
• Monitor daily productivity and progress against planned activities
• Prepare monthly construction progress reports providing insight into site performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Planning, Installation Planning, Construction Coordination, or Site Production Planning
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6
• Experience supporting Mechanical and/or Electrical installation activities on major construction projects
• Experience within large-scale infrastructure, energy, industrial, defence, or nuclear projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on nuclear new build projects
• Familiarity with 16 Week Look Ahead planning (16WLA)
• Experience within highly regulated environments
• Experience supporting construction reporting and performance analysis
