Project Order Handler

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of concluded contract orders and projects from booking through to customer handover
• Act as the single point of contact for customers to ensure project goals are met regarding time and quality
• Coordinate between sales, factory, and customers to manage delivery and resolve technical comments or deviations
• Manage internal compliance by reviewing customer purchase orders against company offers
• Handle order administration in the ERP system, including order booking and providing acknowledgments
• Organize technical documentation and lead kick-off meetings with customers and factories
• Manage invoicing, stage payments, and the preparation of Letter of Credit documents
• Oversee logistics and the finalization of shipping documents and order close-outs

Requirements

• B.E/B. Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5-8 years of experience in industrial equipment manufacturing or a similar role
• Knowledge of pressure vessel codes, NDE/T, and quality control systems
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
• Understanding of Incoterms, contract management, and document control
• Experience with Letter of Credit, shipping, and performance guarantees

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling logistics and offering solutions for complex orders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
