Project Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations and delivery activities
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, budgets, and reporting
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and improve operational processes and project workflows
• Monitor project performance, risks, and compliance requirements
• Lead communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Prepare operational and project performance reports for leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in project operations, project management, or operational leadership roles
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Project management certification
