Project Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver project commitments regarding Quality, Cost, Delay (QCD), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
• Develop and update short, medium, and long-term project schedules, translating master plans into operational timelines
• Provide weekly progress reporting and updates to the project team and management
• Lead the operations team through regular reviews, daily meetings, and decision-making to optimize project results
• Drive problem-solving initiatives when technical or operational difficulties arise
• Coordinate activities between internal Alstom partners, external clients, and suppliers
• Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize project quality, costs, and timelines

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience managing complex projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multifunctional teams
• Professional proficiency in English
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High level of rigor, pragmatism, and communication skills
