Project Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Translate client brief sheets into operational setups on company platforms
• Set up and manage client profiles on the company portal and Insight
• Review and optimize existing client profiles to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Create tags for global projects across multiple languages
• Conduct extensive research to develop keyword variations for capturing relevant articles
• Develop and implement effective Boolean queries and search logic
• Edit profiles based on feedback from Monitoring and Analysis teams to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of developing keywords, search queries, and Boolean logic
• Proficiency in prompting and effectively utilizing AI tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience
