Project Methodology and Evaluation Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate the methodological framework for project management, defining transversal guidelines to ensure PMO process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Supervise the use and evolution of the institutional project tool, leading the implementation of improvements and authorizing change controls to ensure technological and methodological adoption.
• Consolidate and report on portfolio performance by structuring control dashboards and integrating inputs from transversal areas to provide visibility to Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Titulado) in Economics, Administration, Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Intermediate English proficiency (approximately 60%).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in project administration, implementation, and execution.
• Knowledge of process mapping and software management (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, Process Model, Data Studio).
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Clarizen).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications or experience in Six Sigma, Design Thinking, SCRUM, or BPMN.
• Experience in the Insurance sector.
• Experience in high-complexity or "Jumbo" project leadership.
• Experience in systems implementation.
