Project Manager/Technical Lead Bridge & Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects to meet goals regarding time, budget, quality, and delivery
• Actively participate in meetings with clients and internal organizations to facilitate information flow
• Collaborate with colleagues from various technical fields on multidisciplinary assignments
• Perform technical tasks including investigations, inspections, calculations, design, and AMA descriptions
• Contribute to market monitoring and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Civil or University Engineering degree in construction or civil engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a consultant, client, or contractor
• Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization or focus on bridge engineering
• Knowledge of Trafikverket processes (bridge, road, or railway)
• Understanding of municipal planning processes
• Proficiency in an additional language, such as Polish
