Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage large multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex projects and programs
• Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
• Proactively manage the design process to achieve client requirements
• Prepare project management plans, programs, budgets, and key deliverables
• Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and cost-saving measures
• Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
• Handle internal project administration including invoicing, variations, and contract risk

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Architecture
• Experience delivering highly complex and technical projects
• Experience in government, hospitals/health, commercial, or education sectors
• Full Australian working rights
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent written and spoken English for report and bid writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera
