Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as an agent for the client to guide general contractors and maximize profits
• Manage construction PM duties for factories, research labs, data centers, and commercial facilities
• Formulate project plans and manage performance using KPIs
• Provide guidance and management to general contractors and design offices
• Plan and continuously manage resource procurement, quality, safety, and environment (HSE)
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Experience in construction project management or construction site management

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in English
• Experience related to factories or plants
