Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are met
• Manage internal teams, consultant teams, project budgets, and cashflows
• Oversee the design process for architectural, structural, and services components
• Manage builder procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Act as Superintendent under relevant building contracts
• Train and develop junior staff, including graduates and assistant PMs
• Manage risk identification, change control, and safety, health, and environment issues

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in a client-side project management consultancy
• Construction project management experience specifically across commercial occupier projects
• Relevant tertiary qualification related to Construction Project Management
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and building industry relationships
• Ability to manage program, budget, and quality control to high standards
