Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Corporate Occupier

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met regarding time, cost, and quality
• Advise at a strategic level during project conception stages
• Establish project success criteria, including technical and performance parameters
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Oversee project finances and information flow between teams and clients
• Produce formal project progress reports

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in client-side project management
• Experience in the corporate occupier (fit-out) sector
• Knowledge of Australian construction contracts
• Understanding of Agreements for Lease (AFLs)
• Ability to manage and support a design team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Existing relationships with design consultants, builders, and clients in the corporate occupier sector is favorable
