Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects in line with business objectives, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental requirements are met
• Cultivate trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders to meet project expectations
• Ensure project profitability through diligent cost management, progress reviews, and value-added solutions
• Manage contracts from procurement to claims resolution with strict control measures
• Strategically plan projects by considering resources, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Manage project timelines and programs to mitigate delays and optimize efficiency
• Uphold positive industrial relations, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and HSE protocols

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Building or Construction Management, or related fields
• Proven track record in successful project delivery
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, mentor, and build teams
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on quality and risk assessment
• Strong communication skills to foster collaboration and problem-solving
• High level of commitment, accountability, and adaptability
